Bigger Games have partnered with Steve to run user research on a mobile casual puzzle title, at a point where we needed clear answers about player expectations and how players are experiencing the game. Steve owned the whole process end to end: structuring the research around the questions that mattered to us, ran the test, and brought his experience to interpreting the results.

Rather than a pile of observations, he came with a clear picture of what was working, what wasn’t, and what to do about it with actionable insights, which fed directly into the team’s next iterations. The whole engagement was smooth and low-effort on our side, and we’d happily work with Steve again.
